I'm not clearly sure about what you're talking about but are you talking about like a row of icons moving to the left or right slowly by itself? here's some codes:

They're called 'marquees':

to make it go right to left do: %26lt;marquee%26gt;TEXT%26lt;/marquee%26gt;

to make it go left to right do: %26lt;MARQUEE direction=right%26gt;TEXT%26lt;/MARQUEE%26gt;

alternate one: %26lt;MARQUEE behavior="alternate"%26gt;TEXT%26lt;/marquee%26gt;

up matquee: %26lt;MARQUEE direction="up"%26gt;TEXT%26lt;/marquee%26gt;

down marquee: %26lt;marquee direction="down"%26gt;TEXT%26lt;/marquee%26gt;

Just put the icon codes in where the word 'text' is.
