Is it wrong to make friends on myspace if your with someone?

my boyfriend has been making friends with females on myspace and writing them everyday. Is this okay or am I just being jealous. These girls were not his friends prior to our relationship. He says he is not cheating and that he is only getting to know people. All these women he is writing live right in our hometown and are all si ngle. Is thisg wrong to make new friends on myspace if your in a relationship

hey do you trust him? does he have lots of friends? those are the questions i would ask myself. i have been married for 20 years, i make it very clear every where on the net that i am happily married and only want friendship they best look else where if its any more than than they are looking for.and because of the work i was doing i was away from home all the time and really did`nt have friends at home. but unless you have reason then trust him, innocent till proved guilty. i hope you have got it all wrong.

If it is just women I would be a little suspicious.
