We definitelly didn't meet there, but because we are long distance it's kind of a way we see each others pictures and whats going on. But constantly I see girls calling him baby and hunny and even once went on one of their pages and he was doing the same. After I voiced my concern her page became private. He claims its just his way of communicating and keeping friends because we both stay so busy and it is also one of his networking things. Should i even worry about this and let him know it's kind of nerving or should I just know that , that is what myspace is all about.? I definitely don't have anyone calling me baby or hun at all, not even on photo comments. He is a lot older than me, so really you would've thought it was the other way around. Is this right?

As a rule of thumb, you should not be with an old dude on myspace

If you want to be that controlling its a great way for you to lose your man. Seriously a crazy girlfriend is soon to be an ex-g/f. Be cautious but don't be controlling.

Well, yeah, if you're concerned about it, you really do have to talk to him about it more. I've seen my girlfriend (well, then girlfriend) being called "cutie" by her ex and it kind of got me nervous.
But, it could be just pet names. Some people do address other's by that name. Otherwise, if he can't reassure you, lose him.

Only if you are jealous. Baby and hun are common to call people. I say it all the time.

Hard to say, a lot of woman call people baby or sweety....I work with a woman who calls everyone sweety or hun. How much can you trust him? Long distance? You will have to decide

hate to break it to you, but it sounds like something's going on with him and these other girls. i dont care if its just a friend or whatever it's not okay for him to be calling other girls honey or babe. because those names are supposed to be used for your soul mate or relative. so if its not a relative of his then there is definetly something going on. people dont just call their friends those names for no reason.

You two are far apart, so he's keeping his options open. Although some people do use "hun" and "baby" in everyday speech to others, the page becoming private after you voiced concern is a big clue. No telling what's being posted there now, that you cannot see.
Are you sure this long distance situation is worth it? When will you two be living in the same local area and actually be able to cultivate a "live" relationship?

girl, there's 2 reasons to date... to have fun and pass time (not serious at all), or to find a husband and father for your kids. he's long distance and you don't sound like you've made that level of commitment to even discuss marraige. is he marraige and father material? from the comments on his page (and just the fact he has a myspace), the answer is no. so treat it for what it is... just a little fun that's going no-where.

You shouldnt sweat it, alot of people use terms of endearment on that thing. I'm one of them. While it is inappropriate, you cant control what other ppl say, has he replied saying the same? Only worry when you notice things like, last night was fun or thanks for the visit, those are red flags. Other than that, just talk to him let him know it bothers you and ask if he'd like it if the tables were turned...

There are those certain Myspace girls that love to flirt with guys...it's mostly harmless, but sometimes not. I don't see why he has to reciprocate by saying baby back, though. Long distance relationships are prone to these kind of problems. You don't see him often enough to be able to see changes in him. Did he give you any real reason to doubt him? Jealousy is one more thing that your relationship doesn't need, unless warranted.

Hmm..yeah...I pretty much agree with you. HOWEVER...depending on where they are from, a lot of girls say that to EVERYONE. Haven't you ever had a waitress call you "Hun"?
I don't think the name calling is the bad part but I do think it's a little sketchy that girls would write on his wall all the time.
I'm also worried that you DID tell him and he STILL didn't change his ways...he should be more aware of your concerns. It's not like you're asking too much. Maybe you can ask him "since they're friends can I meet them?" And if he says that's ridiculous then there's something wrong.
