This dude online ( myspace ) Is getting me all worked up , What should I do ?

This dude , is getting me nervous . What should I Do ? Ok here's what happened. I was on this website ( like myspace ) it's called Orkut and I saw this cute girl and told her " you look cute , how are you " . Now apparantly this dude, who's her cousin mesasges me saying " are you a child molestor ? " . So I didn't reply him because I am not interested in getting into an online with with some random guy over some radom girl . Now he replies me back saying " Oo you didn't reply so that means you are one !" .

This pissed me off so I told him , dude I didn't reply you cuz there is no point in gettin into a fight online for such a simple thing. . anyway I thought it was over. I blocked anyone from seeing my message board and deleted his message..But today when I Got back from work I see his message something like.. " O why did you delete the messages I send you , that should teach you a lessson , to never talk to girls you don't know.

I think the big question is why are you trying to contact high school girls? I hate to tell you, but I'd be pissed at you if you were contacting my little cousin. If you didn't know how old she was, then you should tell the guy that and leave it at that. If you knew she was under 18 then you better hope he doesn't report you.

This will teach you some lessons... 1) don't contact girls that are under 18 that you don't know. 2) ALWAYS ALWAYS set your profile to private so no one can see your profile except your friends.

Edit: if you truly did not know she was under 18 then your first response to his message should be, "I'm sorry, but I wasn't aware that she was under 18... if she is, then she should post her age or set her profile to private!"

Edit2: I looked into it for you, and apparently there really is nothing to worry about it. If she's under 18 then it is illegal for her to even be on Orkut. Orkut is adult only and you have to agree to the following when you sign up: "I understand that I must be 18 years or older to use orkut.com. I am 18 years of age or older and I agree to comply with the Community Standards in my use of orkut." This means you could rightfully assume anyone you speak with is over 18. I guess you had every right to tell the guy to go f- himself. You did the right thing originally to ignore him. You should have continued to ignore him as what he said is completely irrelevent.

try not to be so paranoid about this. you blocked him, and he probably lives far away from you. if anything happens, just tell the truth because you didn't do anything wrong.

Okay, I gotta first say shame on you for that, but I guess you learned your lesson now.

As long as he doesn't know anything about you, it should be okay. You don't have anything posted about where you live, correct? If he keeps bugging you, I'd say to make a new account and add all your other friend on that, then delete your old one and then he won't know how to reach you.

In the meantime.. don't mess around! =]

If you're really nervous about it maybe you should delete your myspace and orkut account and make new ones. Good luck in Texas:)
