I have been going to these lessons for a dance presentation and my dance partner is one of my cousin's really good friend. She is sort of quiet and so am I and didn't get to know her before the dance thing was over. The only way to contact her is by asking my cousin for her myspace or number, but I don't know how she will respond to that since we didn't really talk much. I'm 16 and I don't have a car so I can't take her places and I don't see her at all.

Have your cousin organize a group outting for a movie, or something where you can actually talk, like pizza. This is totally casual and nobody can suspect anything is up.
